What we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking, by our booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, journey details (pick-up, destination, dates and times, flight or train numbers), passenger and luggage numbers, any security requirements, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We don't take payment details through this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote for and carry out your journey, and keep you updated about it. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.

We keep records of bookings to meet our legal, licensing, insurance and accounting obligations.

Who sees it

Your details are shared only with the chauffeur and team carrying out your journey, and with the service providers that host this website and deliver our messages, who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions. We never sell your information or share it for marketing, and we never post about clients on social media.

If you send us a request on WhatsApp, the message is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where they are, your information is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

We will sign a confidentiality agreement on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as the law and our licensing require, usually six years for accounting purposes.

Keeping it secure

This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your details to the people who need them to arrange your journey.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. To do any of this, call 0151 294 6707, message us on WhatsApp (07890 037361) or write to us at 39–39a Sefton Lane, Maghull, Liverpool L31 8BX.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies, and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own website rather than third parties, so visiting it doesn't share your details with anyone else. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.

If you tap a WhatsApp or phone link, your device opens that app, which has its own privacy settings. If we ever add cookies we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
